Device for making fine-dispersed emulsion from water and cutting fluid concentrate. The mixer can be attached to a canister or barrel containing the cutting fluid concentrate, after which water is supplied to the device (tap water, pump from a well, etc.). After the water pressure is applied, the concentrate is sucked in and mixed with the water stream inside the mixer based on the Venturi nozzle principle, and then it is delivered to the machine's working area or a container through a drain hose.
