The S330R is a high-capacity free standing CNC belt oil skimmer engineered for machines with deeper coolant tanks and limited access. It shares the extended reach of the S330 while adding a remote control panel for safe, convenient operation outside the machine enclosure. This makes the S330R ideal for medium and large CNC machines where the skimmer must operate inside a deep or enclosed sump.
The S330R’s extended frame allows reliable oil pickup in deeper tanks found on horizontal machining centers, turning cells, and mill-turn machines. Its free standing design requires no tank modifications and can be installed directly on the machine floor or sump platform.
The S330R includes a sealed remote control module that can be mounted outside the CNC enclosure. Operators can start the skimmer, adjust speed, or select 6-hour, 12-hour, or continuous modes without reaching into the coolant tank area.
